Ingredients (filling): Dehydrated pear 42%, cheeses 36% (robiola, Grana Padano DOP, Taleggio DOP), ricotta, breadcrumbs.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, barn eggs, water.
  • 6 lbs. 6 oz.
  •  Do not defrost 
  • Keep frozen
  • Boil in water for 4-5 minutes
